Membership data is registered through the membership registration form, and is valid once the member has paid contingency.
Only a select few administrators of Garmeres - Norwegian section belonging to a membership data access group will at any time have access to personal data of registered members of Garmeres - Norwegian section.
When you register as a member of Garmeres - Norwegian section by using the membership registration form, the registered user data will be temporarily stored on an AWS Lightsail instance located in Stockholm, Sweden, where administrators belonging to the membership data access group may see and verify the registrations. Once a registration has been verified and moved to long-term storage, it will be deleted from the AWS Lightsail instance. If a registration can not be verified within 3 months, we will delete the registration.
Membership data storage
Once an administrator belonging to the membership data access group has verified the registration and its payment, the registered member data will be moved to an encrypted-at-rest long-term storage AWS S3 bucket located in Stockholm, Sweden, which only administrators of the membership data access group have access to.
We will store your membership data for up to 2 years after the last contingency payment, unless a request is sent to delete your data.
