Welcome to "Narratives that unite"!
When: 7.-14. september
Where: Lakselv, Finnmark
This exchange program is organized by No More War-collective, Wanas-collective, March and Garmeres, and invites participants from Lebanon, Jordan and Sápmi (Norway).
For one week, we will gather in an international group to share, discuss, and deconstruct narratives, colonial systems, and indigeneity from a youth, anti-colonial, and indigenous perspective. Through storytelling and political education, we want to create a space of empowerment for young people affected by and wanting to get active against colonial violence.
This project is a collaboration where we seek to foster knowledge and solidarity across national borders, highlighting the value of international spaces for community-building and activism. We invite participants to be a part of a process of understanding the impact of colonialism - not only in our everdyday lives, but also through a broader historical perspective.
